Bei strahlendem Sonnenschein wurde am 20. August die neue Pr\u00e4senzstelle im Regionalen Wachstumskern (RWK) Westlausitz (<\/strong>Link<\/strong><\/a>) feierlich er\u00f6ffnet. Deren Betreiber sind die beiden Hochschulen TH Wildau und BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg. Zum Er\u00f6ffnungstag hatten Vertreter beider Hochschulen und des RWK in die S\u00e4ngerstadt Finsterwalde geladen, etwa 60 Teilnehmer:innen folgten der Einladung.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Pr\u00e4senzstelle Westlausitz | Finsterwalde ist gleich in mehrfacher Hinsicht besonders: Obwohl bereits beide Hochschulen erfolgreich weitere Pr\u00e4senzstellen mit anderen Partnern betreiben, agieren sie in der Pr\u00e4senzstelle Westlausitz nun erstmals gemeinsam. Dar\u00fcber hinaus besteht der RWK Westlausitz aus f\u00fcnf St\u00e4dten \u2013 Finsterwalde, Gro\u00dfr\u00e4schen, Lauchhammer, Schwarzheide und Senftenberg \u2013 und bildet somit einen gro\u00dfen Einzugsbereich f\u00fcr die Pr\u00e4senzstelle.<\/p>\n

Feierliche Er\u00f6ffnung vor dem alten Rathaus<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Pr\u00e4senzstelle ist in Finsterwalde ganz zentral verortet: Gleich im alten Rathaus am Marktplatz werden beide Hochschulen die R\u00e4umlichkeiten nutzen. Zur feierlichen Er\u00f6ffnung \u00fcbergab die Ministerin f\u00fcr Wissenschaft, Forschung und Kultur des Landes Brandenburg, Dr. Manja Sch\u00fcle, nun symbolisch vor dem alten Rathaus den F\u00f6rderbescheid. In ihrer Rede betonte sie die Rolle der Pr\u00e4senzstellen als \u201eregionale Anlauf-, Kontakt- und Koordinierungsstellen f\u00fcr Studieninteressierte und Unternehmen vor Ort\u201c. Die nun neu geschaffene Pr\u00e4senzstelle Westlausitz | Finsterwalde wird auch in der weiteren Strukturentwicklung in der Lausitz eine zentrale Rolle spielen.<\/p>\n

Ausbau des Wissens- und Technologietransfers in der Region<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Erwartungen an die Pr\u00e4senzstelle sind hoch, zus\u00e4tzliche Impulse f\u00fcr die Region sind die Hoffnung. Die Pr\u00e4senzstelle wird die Angebote beider Hochschulen f\u00fcr Studieninteressierte, Unternehmen und die Gesellschaft pr\u00e4sentieren und die Vernetzung unterschiedlicher Akteur:innen in der Region unterst\u00fctzen. Dazu werden in den kommenden Monaten geeignete Formate entwickelt. Einen ersten Eindruck \u00fcber die geplante Ausgestaltung der R\u00e4umlichkeiten vermittelte der anschlie\u00dfende Rundgang. Das Architekturb\u00fcro TREBSCHUH TREBSCHUH architektur, gegr\u00fcndet von Alumni der BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg, \u00fcbernimmt deren Umsetzung.<\/p>\n

In einer kleinen Ausstellung auf dem Marktplatz vor dem Rathaus gew\u00e4hrten die TH Wildau und die BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg Einblicke in ausgew\u00e4hlte Forschungsaktivit\u00e4ten. Auch der Innovation Hub 13 war vor Ort und zeigte u.a. mit einem Aquaponik-Demonstrator Forschungsans\u00e4tze f\u00fcr die nachhaltige Nahrungsmittelproduktion und Ressourcennutzung. F\u00fcr den Innovation Hub 13 ist die neue Pr\u00e4senzstelle Westlausitz | Finsterwalde ein idealer \u201eTreffpunkt\u201c, um mit den Akteur:innen der Region ins Gespr\u00e4ch zu kommen und gemeinsam vor Ort weitere Aktivit\u00e4ten anzugehen. Sie wird ein Schaufenster und niederschwelliger Eintrittsort in die beiden Hochschulen sein. Wir freuen uns auf den Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit!<\/p>\n

Am 10. Juni fand unser Netzwerkformat InnoMix zum ersten Mal online statt. 55 Teilnehmende aus Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft und Kliniken folgten unserer Einladung zum Auftakt-Webinar und zeigten deutlich: Auch virtuell ist ein erfolgreicher Wissens- und Technologietransfer m\u00f6glich.<\/strong><\/p>

Urspr\u00fcnglich war die Veranstaltung am Carl-Thiem-Klinikum in Cottbus geplant, doch die aktuelle Situation erforderte ein rasches Umdenken. Kurzerhand haben wir eine digitale Version des InnoMix ins Leben gerufen. Doch kann ein reines Online-Webinar das erfolgreiche Vernetzen von regionalen Akteuren in der Gesundheitsversorgung f\u00f6rdern? Wir fanden, da geht noch mehr, und haben im Vorfeld der Veranstaltung an der Umsetzung eines virtuellen Marktplatzes gearbeitet. Die positive Resonanz der Teilnehmenden best\u00e4tigte schlie\u00dflich: Auch in Zeiten von Corona ist ein produktiver Austausch realisierbar.<\/p>

Die Akteure der Region stellen sich vor<\/strong><\/p>

Ein kurzweiliges Programm vermittelte den Teilnehmenden einen guten \u00dcberblick \u00fcber relevante Akteure in der Region. Der Innovation Hub 13 stellte sich als Vermittler und T\u00fcr\u00f6ffner in die Hochschulen vor und f\u00fchrte durch die Veranstaltung. Professor Michael H\u00fcbner vom Lehrstuhl f\u00fcr Technische Informatik an der BTU Cottbus - Senftenberg betonte in seinem Beitrag die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Transferscouts des Innovation Hub 13 und verwies auf bereits eingereichte Projektantr\u00e4ge. Die unl\u00e4ngst gegr\u00fcndete Thiem-Research GmbH (externer Link<\/a>) wird laut Dr. Steffen Ortmann am Carl-Thiem-Klinikum Cottbus die Forschungsaktivit\u00e4ten forcieren und die Zusammenarbeit mit den Hochschulen vor Ort intensivieren. Das Lausitzer Zentrum f\u00fcr K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz (LZKI) (externer Link<\/a>) pr\u00e4sentierte sich als Initiative der BTU Cottbus - Senftenberg, die Kompetenzen auf den Gebieten K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz und Data Science vereint, um den Strukturwandelprozess in der Lausitz zu begleiten.<\/p>

Spannende Szenarien und angeregte Diskussionen<\/strong><\/p>

Ein interessantes Anwendungsszenario im Bereich vernetzte Gesundheitsversorgung stellte Professor Alexander K\u00f6lpin vom Lehrstuhl Allgemeine Elektrotechnik und Messtechnik an der BTU Cottbus - Senftenberg vor. Er informierte \u00fcber Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten eines hochaufl\u00f6senden Radarkonzepts zur kontaktlosen, kontinuierlichen \u00dcberwachung von Vitaldaten von Patienten. Erste klinische Untersuchungen waren bereits vielversprechend und fanden auch bei den Teilnehmenden Anklang zur angeregten Diskussion.<\/p>

Gelungener Auftakt \u2013 weitere digitale Angebote folgen<\/strong><\/p>

Das Webinar war ein \u00fcberaus gelungener Auftakt zu weiteren digitalen Angeboten rund um den Wissens- und Technologietransfer. Die positive Resonanz bei den Teilnehmenden best\u00e4rkt uns darin, auch in Zukunft neben den physischen Netzwerktreffen vor Ort, virtuelle Treffen anzubieten. Bereits am 11. Juni kamen erneut 23 Teilnehmende virtuell zu einem Folgetermin zusammen, um zu konkreten Fragen rund um die Vitaldatenerfassung und -\u00fcbertragung sowie deren Analyse zu diskutieren und Softwarel\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Therapieentscheidungshilfen und den m\u00f6glichen Einsatz neuer Konzepte der Raman-Spektroskopie zu er\u00f6rtern. Hier wurden erste Kontakte f\u00fcr einen weiteren Ideenaustausch vermittelt.<\/p>
